How to Prepare Your Design Files for V1CE Cards: Print-Ready Checklist

Can I Use My Own Design File?

Yes, you can use your own design files for our PVC & Bamboo cards! 🎨 To make sure your design looks great, follow this simple Print-Ready Checklist:

File Type
We can only accept JPG, PNG, and JPEG files. Other types won’t work, so please make sure your file is one of these. πŸ“

Resolution
Your design should be between 250dpi and 600dpi for the best quality. If it’s lower, it may look blurry or pixelated. ❌

Colours
Please send your file in CMYK format (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) so the colors print just right. 🎨

Additional Tips

  • Make sure vector paths are at least 0.25 pt thick.
  • Fonts should be either embedded in the PDF or changed into curves/paths.
  • Font size should be at least 6 pt to look clear and sharp. ✏️

Logo Size
For the best results, keep your logo between 2cm, 4cm, or 6cm wide with a height of 4cm.

Full Card Measurement
The card size is 85mm x 54mm. We recommend keeping your logo size smaller than 50mm for the best look.

If you follow this checklist, your design will be print-ready and look amazing on your V1CE card! If you need help with anything, just let us know. 😊
