We use different printing techniques depending on the material of your card to ensure the best quality finish.
✔ PVC & Bamboo Cards – Printed using UV printing, which delivers vibrant, long-lasting colors.
✔ Metal Cards – We laser engrave your design for a sharp, professional look. The back of Metal cards is printed using UV printing for additional customization.
Want to customize your QR code? Hold on a second. We generally don’t recommend changing the colors or designs of QR codes because it can make them harder to scan.
However, if you’re ordering 30+ cards, we’re happy to customize your QR codes upon request. Just reach out to us, and we’ll make it happen.
✔ Sapele Bamboo Cards – Full-bleed printing is available, so you can go all-in with your design.
✔ White PVC Cards – Full-bleed designs are possible.
Pro Tip: If you want edge-to-edge printing, make sure your design file is high resolution to avoid any quality loss.
For most cards, back designs are not allowed, but there are exceptions:
✔ Metal Cards – We can print on the back, but keep in mind that back designs on metal may scratch over time.
✔ Orders of 5+ Cards or VIP Customers – If you need double-sided printing, we can make it happen! Just let us know.
Once your design is approved, we aim to print and produce your card within 1-2 days.
✔ If there’s an issue during quality control (QC), we’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
✔ If your design needs adjustments, we may contact you for an updated file, which could extend production time.
✔ If you change your design or adjust your order (like adding/removing cards), expect a slight delay in production.
✔ In rare cases, if there’s a stock shortage, production may be delayed—but we’ll keep you informed and work fast to complete your order.
✔ If there’s a technical maintenance issue, we’ll take all necessary steps to fix it ASAP and keep everything moving.
