Lead Tools help you collect contact details from people who view your Digital Card and automatically follow up with them. You can customise Lead Capture, send welcome emails, and set up automated follow-ups—all from one place.
✅ Open the V1CE dashboard
✅ Navigate to Digital Cards
✅ Click on a Digital Card
✅ At the top, you’ll see the Smart Link assigned to the Digital Card
✅ From the dropdown, select the relevant Smart Link to ensure you’re setting up Lead Capture for the correct Digital Card
✅ Click on Lead Tools
A Lead Capture form lets you collect details from anyone who visits your Smart Link or views your Digital Card. Once submitted, the prospect will automatically receive a welcome email and follow-ups based on your settings.
✅ Choose When the Form Appears
✔ Button Click – The form appears only when a visitor clicks a button
✔ On Link Open – The form appears immediately when someone opens your Smart Link
✅ Customising Your Lead Capture
✔ Add a title (e.g. "Get in Touch")
✔ Include fields like name, email, phone number, company, job title, and notes
✔ Mark fields as required or optional
💡 Tip Keep your form simple to encourage more people to fill it out.
Once someone submits their details, they will automatically receive a welcome email based on your setup.

✔ Click on Welcome Email in the Lead Tools tab
✔ Set a subject line (fully customisable)
✔ Write your email message, adding dynamic placeholders such as lead’s first name for personalisation
✔ Include links to your Smart Link or Digital Card
✔ Use the preview to check how your email will look before saving

Follow-ups help you stay top of mind after someone submits their details. You can schedule emails to be sent at specific times.
✅ How to Set Up Follow-Up Emails
✔ Click on Follow-Up Email in Lead Tools
✔ Set the delay time (e.g. send after 1 hour, 24 hours, or a custom time)
✔ Add a subject line (fully customisable and dynamic)
✔ Write your follow-up message, using dynamic placeholders for personalisation
✔ Include links to your Smart Link or Digital Card
✔ Use the preview to check your email before saving

✅ Make it Live – Once everything is ready, click Save Changes to activate your form and emails
