How to Set Up a Lead Form

✅ Go to the Networking Toolkit

  • Open your V1CE dashboard and navigate to Networking Toolkit.
  • Click on Lead Form to start creating a new form.

✅ Customise Your Lead Form

  • Upload a cover image to personalise the form.
  • Add fields like name, email, phone number, job title, and company to collect relevant details.
  • Mark any field as required or optional.

✅ Enable Notifications

  • Get notified when someone submits a form.
  • Choose Email or WhatsApp notifications for real-time updates.

✅ Send a Welcome Message

  • Send an instant Welcome Email or WhatsApp message after submission.
  • Personalise the subject line and message for a professional follow-up.

✅ Redirect Leads After Submission

  • Automatically send them to a Digital Card, website, or Smart Link after they fill out the form.

✅ Match Your Branding

  • Apply your brand colours, fonts, and logo for a polished look.
  • Add a GDPR disclaimer or custom text if needed.

Once your Lead Form is ready, connect it to the right Smart Link so it works correctly.

✅ Go to Smart Links in your V1CE dashboard.
✅ Find the Smart Link connected to your Digital Card.
✅ Select the Lead Form you created from the dropdown menu.
