- Open your V1CE dashboard and navigate to Networking Toolkit.
- Click on Lead Form to start creating a new form.
✅ Customise Your Lead Form
- Upload a cover image to personalise the form.
- Add fields like name, email, phone number, job title, and company to collect relevant details.
- Mark any field as required or optional.
✅ Enable Notifications
- Get notified when someone submits a form.
- Choose Email or WhatsApp notifications for real-time updates.
✅ Send a Welcome Message
- Send an instant Welcome Email or WhatsApp message after submission.
- Personalise the subject line and message for a professional follow-up.
✅ Redirect Leads After Submission
- Automatically send them to a Digital Card, website, or Smart Link after they fill out the form.

Once your Lead Form is ready, connect it to the right Smart Link so it works correctly.

✅ Find the Smart Link connected to your Digital Card.
✅ Select the Lead Form you created from the dropdown menu.
