How to Reset Your V1CE Card and Re-Activate It

V1CE Guide: Resetting Your Product

If you need to reset your V1CE card—whether to update details, change ownership, or start fresh—it’s quick and easy.

🔄 Resetting Your Card

1️⃣ Go to the Tap/NFC Cards section.
2️⃣ Find the card you want to reset.
3️⃣ Click on the three dots (•••) next to the card.
4️⃣ Select Reset to remove all assigned links and digital cards.

📲 Reactivating Your Card

Once reset, you’ll need to re-activate the card:
✔ Tap the card on your phone or scan the QR code.
✔ Log in or create a new V1CE account.
✔ Assign your digital card and start using it instantly!

💡 Tip: If you’re transferring ownership, the new user must activate the card under their own account.
