How to Fix Server Error 500 on Your V1CE Card

Why Do I Get Server Error 500?

Sometimes when you scan your V1CE card, you might see Server Error 500. This can happen for a few different reasons, and we’ve got simple ways to help you fix it.

1. Linktree Issue

The Error 500 can occur if you've added an action to your Linktree but haven’t assigned it properly. When you see this error, it means the action has been created, but there is no action assigned to it yet.

To fix it, just go ahead and assign an action to the link. If you're not ready to assign one yet, you can delete the action and come back to it later when you're ready. This will clear the error.

2. Profile Issue

You might see the same Error 500 if you’ve added a link element to your profile and created an action link without assigning the action to it.

To fix this, simply assign an action to the link in your profile. If you’re not ready to add one yet, you can remove the action and revisit it later. This will resolve the error as well.
