How to Create and Manage Your Team in V1CE

Team’s in V1CE lets you effortlessly manage and organize your members, their digital cards, and your company’s branding—all in one place.

Here’s how to set up your team:

Step 1. Log into your V1CE dashboard and click on ‘Teams.’

Step 2. To add a new member, simply click 'Invite Member' then ‘Add Team Member.’

Step 3. Enter their name, email, position, and phone number. You can also create a Smart Link 

Optionally, add them to a sub-team for easier management, like a Marketing or Sales team.

Step 4. An invitation email will automatically be sent to the person.

Want to add multiple team members quickly?

Step 1. Press 'Invite Member' and then press 'Import Members With CSV'

Step 2. Download the CSV File and fill in the fields then upload the CSV File.

Now you will see all your contacts in your team.

Managing your team is easy too:

Click ‘Settings’ next to any member to edit their details, assign NFC cards, set media storage limits, or update their permissions.

You can also customize individual digital cards anytime by clicking ‘Edit’ on the member’s profile.

You can organise your team effectively by Creating sub-teams to neatly organize your departments

Step 1. Select Sub-Team

Step 2. Select create new sub-team

Step 3. Name the team then select the members and move them into the team using the arrow.

Step 4. Finally select the leader of the subteam and press save.

Use the Templates section to design uniform digital cards, email signatures, virtual backgrounds, and digital wallets that align perfectly with your branding.

Step 1. Select Team Templates

Step 2. Select 'Create Digital Business Card'

Step 3. Fill out the information, Use the padlocks to choose what your Team Members can and cannot change. Press Save Changes when happy.

Step 4. Select Assign to choose who to assign the digital card too.

Step 5. Select the team-mates you would like to assign the template too and select 'Assign Members'

Step 6. Choose which links you would like to apply the template too.

That's it your Team is complete. Stay organized, consistent, and professional—all from your V1CE dashboard.
