Re-encode Your Product

Overview

From time to time, items may leave our facility without being encoded. To ensure you get the most out of your product, we can help you re-encode it without sending your item back to us or waiting for us to ship out a new item to you.

  • Changing the name
  • Changing the colour 

Re-Encoding

  1. Step one download the NFC tools app from the app store of choice.

  2. Once downloaded, you must ensure you have the link you want to encode your item. We always recommend contacting our support team to provide this to you for best practice. 

  3. Open the NFC Tools App

  4. Click on Write and you will see the below screen now click Add a record

  5. You now want to click Custom URL & Add your link into the fieldIMG_4728.jpegIMG_4729.jpeg

  6. Hit ok and now click write this will prompt you to approach your item to the NFC reader on your device once contact has been made you will see the Tick icon showing that you have successfully written the link to your tag.

  7. Test your item through the normal process of tapping, and you should now be all set.
