I have my own design file, can you use it?

You can use your own print-ready design files for our PVC & Bamboo cards. To ensure your design is print-ready, please consider the checklist below:

Print Ready Checklist

  1. FILE TYPE - We can only accept file types such as JPG, PNG, JPEG. Any other file type will be void.

  2. RESOLUTION - The optimal resolution for the print files is between250dpi and 600dpi. Anything lower, and the image quality will be substandard and, unfortunately, pixelated.

  3. COLOURS - All files should be sent in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black)

  4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Vector paths should weigh at least 0.25 pt. Fonts should be embedded in the PDF or converted into curves/paths. The minimum font size (below which we cannot guarantee perfect print quality) is 6 pt.

  5. LOGO SIZE - 2cm, 4cm and 6 cm wide, with 4cm height is our suggested logo size.

  6. FULL CARD MEASUREMENT - 85mm x 54mm is the very maximum; however, logo file sizing shouldn’t be more than 50mm if possible.
