Can the card become demagnetized?

In some rare cases, the card can become demagnetized; if this occurs, our team will walk you through a quick 2-minute process to get your card back up and running.

 

Unlike hotel cards, there is no need to have the cards separated from mobile phones or other types of cards.

Water will not affect the cards NFC signal as all of our cards are water-resistant. While our Metal and PVC cards are waterproof, our bamboo cards are made of natural wood, so we would not suggest having these cards submerged in a boy of water.

 

Note: wireless chargers can affect the function of your V1CE cards, taps and keychains if in contact for an extended period; however, this does not apply to our V1CE phone cases, as they are safe to charge wirelessly.
