What does 'customs cleared' mean on my tracking?
If you are tracking your item and see the status as 'customs cleared', your package is currently going through import processing in its destination country and is in its final delivery stage to you.
If your item holds this status for more than 5-days, please get in touch so that we may contact the courier on your behalf.
