Social Builder: For where a robust social media presence is crucial.
Is a social media presence crucial for your business? Besides the usual contact details, our social builder focuses on enhancing engagement with your social platforms. It allows you to add a variety of social media, communication channels, streaming sites, and lead forms. This aids in boosting networking opportunities and strengthening your online presence
- Navigate to products, select the said product and then create an action choose "Social Builder".
- Add a profile picture and profile video.
Here you can add details such as name, job title and location. - Add a short bio.
Include your contact information for others to save to their phones. You can select an existing contact card or make a new one.
- By default, you will see that this is disabled. Simply click the drop-down and select the contact card you wish to insert into your social builder. Click save to see the contact card as part of your social builder.
The "Exchange contact" feature lets the person you're sharing details with reciprocate. Their details are then saved into your CRM for easy access and follow-up.
- By default, exchange contact is turned off. Click "show", and it will open up the exchange contact menu.
- You can do is decide what fields you want to collect when someone uses exchange contact.
This section allows you to control the look of your social builder.

- Change the colour scheme of the social builder
- If you have decided to use the contact card section & exchange contact sections within the master settings. You can now decide on the location where you want these buttons to appear.
- The second section is the theme, how your social builder will be coloured. We have created 7 different themes which can be used. To use a custom-coloured theme, you are required to have a PRO subscription.

Adding Links
The Link Section in the social builder is where you start creating the links you wish to share. You have 38 different link types at your disposal, divided into six categories, as outlined below.
Each link has several settings which can be edited can change the aesthetic of the link:
Top Tip
When using links, use our Icon toolkit to brand your icons into your company's colours. Click here to access the Photoshop file.
- Once you have added your link to your social builder, you will see the following screen.
- Click or drag and drop your icon into the upload box.
- You will now see the icon has changed.
