Our profile feature gives you the power to showcase the full breadth of you and your company. You can engage and grow your network by offering a single source for all your professional information.
Creating your profile is a fast and easy process. The profile is made up of two sections the header and the element section.
In the content section, you can add your profile picture and header image/video and fill in basic information such as Name, Title and Location.

The first section adds your Profile picture.
Now fill in your info section, such as Name, Title, and Location.
If you have already created a contact card action, you can insert that contact card into your profile without adding all of your information again.
Navigate to the contact card section, and from the dropdown, choose the contact card within your account and click the save button. You will now see the contact card attached to your Profile.
The "Exchange contact" feature lets the person you're sharing details with reciprocate. Their details are then saved into your CRM for easy access and follow-up.
By default, exchange contact is turned off. Click "show", and it will open up the exchange contact menu.
You can decide what fields you want to collect when someone uses exchange contact.
Navigate into the header section and click on the "Exchange Contact" menu heading. Once inside the exchange contact, click the show button to turn on Exchange Contact, scroll to the bottom, and you can now save this change
The theme section is where you design the look of your profile. There are seven predefined looks for the profile, and if you are a PRO subscriber, you will then have access to the profile customiser.
- Choose From 1 of the 7 predefined themes.
- Or you can use the customiser as a PRO subscriber.
The add element section is where you begin to build out your profile. You have ten sections to choose from.
The about me section is where you can tell everyone about you and what you do think of it as your place to put your bio. Add your title for the section and the body text of your bio.
- Select the About Me Section; this will then load up the About Me section to complete.
- Now fill in your title for the section and add in your about me text.
Here is where you can build a contact card into your profile. With one click, your recipient will be able to save your contact information to their phone.
A button with a photo allows you to add extra depth to your link meanign you can share a small snippit of the link a Icon or picture to draw in a recipient.
Links are where you can add important sites or other actions to your profile meaning you could driect someone to that all important presentation or pitch deck, send them to a member of your teams profile to reach out to them directly.
The social icons sections allow you to add all your social media icons to your profile. There are 23 different social media links you can choose from. Meaning one click and your recepient will be able to connect on social media and begin to see your content.

The Accordion is an excellent way to add a FAQ section or sectioned information in a compact style.
The video embed allows you to add a video from either Youtube or Vimeo to your profile, which means to showcase yourself or your business.
Adding a gallery to your profile allows you to represent yourself or your brand further than you have been able to before.
The leads form allows you to collect information from a recipient. Meaning you can use the collected data to reach back out to them.
