Statistics are about learning how your V1CE products are being used by you or team members if you use them within your business. These come in three levels, each getting more granular in the products. This means you can see stats from the top level to a singular product. The stats can then be used to check usage and monitor engagement.

All product statistics allow you to see the top-level stats of all your V1CE products. The Dashboard tab gives you quick stats, such as how many taps your products have had, how many products you have and how many taps there have been in the last three months. From here, you can click the Statistics button, which will take you to a dedicated area of the Account tab for all your product statistics available

Group Stats are perfect when using V1CE as a business solution perfect for identifying how groups of employees are performing.
Group statistics are found within the product section of the app. These allow you to review products within a specific group perform. This is useful for a business to group staff members into specific groups based on their job or role in the business and see how each group compares to the rest.

Single product stats are great to take a look at which product is performing the best if a single V1CE product user or if used as a business solution see who is performing well or underperforming.
Product stats allow you to check how one particular product is performing and understand who might not be optimising their use of their card as much as others within your team.
