Overview

The call action is a great for initiating a phone call. Now, this can be used in a number of different circumstances. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up the Call action.

Setting Up The Call Action

 

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard to get started and click products; choose the product you are looking to assign this action to.

  2. Once inside the product, click the Create action button. Navigate to the quick actions section, once there find Call and click Create.

  3. Once the action has loaded, you can change its name. We recommend this to ensure it you can distinguish between actions if you create multiple of the same one.

  4. Next you can fill out the telephone number you wish the recipient to call.

  5. Now, if this is the action you want to assign to your V1CE product, you can click the Assign Action Button, and it will assign this action to your product, ready for when your Product is tapped or scanned.
