Overview

If you want to connect someone with you on Whats APP directly, then this is the action for you. This action allows you to direct someone straight into Whats APP to start a conversation. This can be both Personal or Business accounts.

Setting Up The WhatsApp Action

1. Navigate to the Dashboard to get started and click products; choose the product you want to assign this action to. 
   
   
   
   
2. Once inside the product, click the Create action button. Navigate to the quick actions section. Once there, find WhatsApp and click Create. 
   
   
   
   
3. Once the action has loaded, you can change its name. We recommend this to ensure it you can distinguish between actions if you create multiple of the same one.
   
   
   
   
4. Once loaded, you can enter the number you want to send the message to and the message you want to be sent to that number.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Now, if this is the action you want to assign to your V1CE product, you can click the Assign Action Button, and it will assign this action to your product, ready for when your Product is tapped or scanned.
