Overview
The EMAIL action allows you to set up a predefined EMAIL, so when the action is used, it will load up a new email from the recipient's phone and will pre-fill the following fields:
- Subject
- Body
You can decide which fields are pre-filled and which you want the recipient to fill in.
Top Tip
We recommend filling in all fields so that when tapped, the email is ready to be sent. Or leave the end of the email open for the recipient to add to the pre-written email.
Creating the EMAIL Action
- Navigate to the Dashboard to get started and click products; choose the product you want to assign this action to.
- Once inside the product, click the Create action button. Navigate to the quick actions section, once there find Email and click Create.
- Once the action has loaded, you can change its name. We recommend this to ensure it you can distinguish between actions if you create multiple of the same one.
- Now, you can fill in the three available fields.
- Now, if this is the action you want to assign to your V1CE product, you can click the Assign Action Button, and it will assign this action to your product, ready for when your Product is tapped or scanned.
