Overview
The contact card is the most used and the simplest action to get set up on your V1CE product. When set up and your product is tapped or scanned, it will give the recipient the ability to save your contact information directly into their phone in a matter of taps.
- Setting up your contact card
- Filling out your information
- Choose preview or direct saving
- Edit the theme of your contact card
Setting Up
We will now start to create and assign your first action to your new V1CE product.
- Ensure you are on the Dashboard screen within the app. Now, you need to navigate to the Products section and choose the V1CE product you want to create the Contact Card.
- Once selected, choose the Create Action button, and this will load up all the actions which you can choose for your V1CE card. Select the contact card, and it will begin creating the contact card.
- Once the action has loaded, you can change its name. We recommend this to ensure it you can distinguish between actions if you create multiple of the same one.
Data Entry
- First thing you can do is upload a profile picture. This could be a headshot or your company logo. This will head up the contact card and will also be added to a recipient's phone. We recommend an image size of 500px X 500px; ensure you do not make it corner to corner, as the square image will be rounded off.
- Now, you can start to add your information; it is vital to note that you can choose what fields you do or do not wish to display; simply either fill in the ones you want to show or leave empty the ones you do not wish to share.
PREVIEW
This feature allows you to directly send someone to the saving process of your contact card or have a preview display before the recipient clicks the Add to contact button.
This option is found under the note section of the contact card and is labeled "Skip Contact Card Preview" You will have two options either to skip the preview or not. By default, it is set to "NO".
THEME
The theme of the contact card will only be displayed if you have "Skip Contact Card Preview" turned off. The theme is where you can edit the style of the contact card and its colour of it.
- Choose between the Default or Modern
- Then you have 7 colour options to choose from
- You can create a custom colour scheme if you are a PRO subscriber
