  Warning

Giving someone access to your V1CE App Account means giving them complete control over all the items and actions within it. Please be careful when sharing your account information and only grant access to trusted individuals.

Overview

In this guide, you will learn how to use shared access on your V1CE App Account. With this feature, you can grant access to multiple individuals without compromising your login credentials, enabling others to assist in managing your account securely.

General Steps 

These are the general steps take to go from the Dashboard to the Selected Account section of the App where you can then Give, Revoke and Check shared access.

    1. Navigate from the dashboard section of the app to the Account section. This is on the header along with Dashboard.

    2.  Once you are in the account section navigate to the "Selected Account" section and click on the pencil icon to the right of your account name.

    3. Navigate to the "Generate New Invite Link" once clicked this will create a unique link which will stay active for 24 hours. You can then send this to the person who you wish to have access to your account.

Setting Up

Give Access Check Access Revoke Access

To give someone shared access you must generate a link which once clicked will grant the user access to your V1CE App Account. 

      1. Click on the "Generate Invite Link Button" this will then generate a unique URL for you to give to the person you want to join your account. This link will only work once and will expire after 24hr.

      2. Once the user accepts the invite request, you will be able to see their name within the "edit account" area of the app.
