Tools (PRO)
Overview
Before you start
First, you need to have created a contact card, as this is used to create the Offline QR-Code & Email Signature.
The Tools section of the app holds two key features which add to the V1CE experience these being:
- Offline QR-Code
- Email Signature
Offline QR-Code
The Offline QR code allows you to deliver your contact information to a recipient without an internet connection. With the V1CE items, you require an internet connection to open up the profile. What we have done for our PRO subscription holders is created a way to deliver your contact information offline using a QR code.
Below are two QR codes one of a regular V1CE item that connects to the internet to get the contact information and one offline QR code.
Scanning the offline QR code will automatically load the contact information into the iPhone default contacts or download a VCF file on Androids.
Setting Up
- Go to the app dashboard and find the account section and navigate to the tools section, where the offline QR code will be displayed by default.
- Select the contact card you want to convert into an offline QR code. Click the "Generate" button to create the QR code. Finally, you can save the QR code to your computer or share it with Apple & Google Wallet by tapping on it.
Email Signature
The email signature allows you to quickly create a way to turn your contact card into the perfect email signature.
Setting Up
- Go to the app dashboard, find the account section, navigate to the tools section.
- Once in the tools section, click on the email signature section. Find the contact card you wish to generate the email signature. Once generated, you can click the copy button.
- Once you have clicked the copy button, you can now move to your email client, where you can paste the copied email signature code.
