Apple's latest feature allows seamless contact sharing by tapping another phone. While there may be concerns about its impact on V1CE, rest assured, this feature is exclusive to Apple devices.

Considering that Android currently holds a 71.63% market share worldwide, this means that 70% of the people you meet won't benefit from this feature if you use Apple.

Furthermore, it's unlikely that Apple will allow Apple-to-Android sharing in the future. Additionally, the range of information you can share with Apple's feature is limited to your phone number, email, and address.

On the other hand, V1CE offers a much broader sharing experience. With V1CE, you can share all your contact information, social profiles, websites, videos, images, booking forms, e-menus, Linktree, and more.

 A well-crafted business card serves as your initial impression and reflects your brand when engaging with potential business partners.

Therefore, the introduction of iOS 17 is, indeed, excellent news for V1CE, as it will further educate users about the benefits of contactless sharing.

 

1.2 Can I have a sample/test cards?

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer Sample/ Test cards, but we do have sample cards available for purchase at a reduced price. You can order them through this link: https://v1ce.co/products/sample-card.

 

Please keep in mind that these sample cards are non-customizable and have V1CE logo on the front.

1.4 I’m going to purchase multiple cards with different designs, should I order them individually?

 

No need, you can do multiple designs within a single order.

 

1.5 I’m going to purchase multiple cards going to different locations, can I do this in a single order?

 

If you need to send to different locations, we would suggest to place  individual orders which will help to track each order easily, avoid the customs hassle and you can make use of the free standard shipping.

 

1.6 Can I customize the packing?

 

Unfortunately,  we cannot   customize  the  packing. They  come with a sustainable V1CE packaging.

 

 

1.7 I will purchase the card using my details, I want to have different details on the card is it possible?

 

When you purchase multiple cards, you have the flexibility to personalize  each card with unique information when you receive the cards.

 

 

1.8 What is the frequency of your NFC chip?

 

Frequency is 13.56MHZ

 

1.9 Storage capacity and type of the NFC chip?

 

NFC chip is NTAG213 and has the storage of 144bytes.

2.9 How do I program an NFC business card?

 

An NFC business card can be programmed using an NFC-enabled device  and an appropriate mobile application or website. The information can be programmed using an NFC reader/writer or by tapping the card on the device.

 

2.10 What are the benefits of using an NFC business card?

3. How V1CE cards works

 

3.1 How do I add my details to my V1CE card?

 

Upon purchase, you'll receive an email inviting you to create a V1CE profile, where you can add contact information, social media handles, and more.

 

Alternatively, you can create demo account on app.v1ce.co.uk, and once your card arrives, tap or scan your card to log in to the already registered account.

 

3.2 What can I share with my V1CE card?

 

With limitless possibilities, V1CE cards let you share contact details, social media handles, websites, product information, or any digital content you choose.

 

3.3 Do I or my prospect need an app to use V1CE cards?

 

No app needed! Just tap and go, as V1CE cards are compatible with all NFC enabled phones. For all non- NFC enabled phones, you may still network using QR, or your V1CE links.

 

 

3.4 How do I actually transfer the information from the card to someone's phone?

 

You can simply transmit the information from the card by tapping the card to NFC area of the phone it will automatically pop up the information from the card.

 

3.5 Where is the NFC area on my phone?

 

The tapping function of these cards is reliant on the scanning method and models being used.

 

For iPhones, tap the card over the front camera with the middle of the QR code held over it.

 

For Androids, ensure the device is NFC compatible and NFC settings are turned on, then tap the card on the back center of the phone with the QR code facing the phone.

 

3.6 How to turn on NFC setting on android?

 

To enable NFC on your Android device, please follow these steps: Navigate to the Home screen and tap on the app drawer icon.

Tap on the Settings app.

Select the 'Connections' option from the settings menu. Tap on 'NFC and Payment'.

Toggle the NFC switch to the ON position.

 

3.7 How to save contact card?

With Androids you should either be prompted to download the vcf file, which is your contact card, or it has downloaded automatically. After the download,  you will need to open up your downloads folder to open the file.

 

*For iPhones, Safari downloads and opens the card right away, however, Chrome and other browsers require the user to manually click download and then open the file to save the contact information.

 

3.8 How can I obtain contact info back from recipients?

The "Exchange Contact" button on your V1CE profile lets users share their name, email, and other details. This information is then stored in your V1CE CRM for easy follow-up.

 

3.9 If I update my contact card (like adding a website url), *after* someone has already scanned my card, will it automatically update in their phone?

It is recommended that you request the individual to bookmark the URL link after scanning your card onto their phone browser. This ensures that in case you update your information, they can view the latest version by accessing the bookmarked URL. This practice helps to ensure that the recipient has the most up-to-date and accurate information available.

 

 

 

4. Design/ Customization 

 

4.1 Can we customize the background of the card?

We offer custom color backgrounds exclusively for our bamboo range and Original V1CE Card (PVC). However, we recommend selecting the best card based on your design requirements.

 

4.2 How can I personalize my logo/design?

After purchase, you will recieve an email from our design team asking to upload your logo(s) and provide any instructions to our designers. You can either share your logo for a custom design or upload a ready-to-print design. This will be picked up by our designers and they will create a digital mockup and send it over to you. If you are happy, please respond back by an ‘YES’ if not, please specify what or how the design needs to be changed.

We offer unlimited number of amendments with your purchase.

 

4.3 Can I order custom-designed v1ce cards for my business?

Definitely! Purchase a V1CE card and upload your desired design.

 

4.4 Can I have custom color background as per my branding guidelines?

 Certainly, if you desire a personalized color background for your card, it can be achieved with our Bamboo cards. We would suggest to use Black Bamboo cards as they have smoother surface and less texture.

 

4.5 What are your design or artwork requirements?

For design requirements, To ensure your design is print-ready, please consider the checklist below:

FILE TYPE - We can only accept file types such as:

PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, and EPS for PVC and Bamboo.

PNG (high quality), PDF (high quality), AI, PSD, and EPS for Metal Hybrids

RESOLUTION - The optimal resolution for the print files is between 250dpi and 600dpi. Anything lower, and the image quality will be substandard and, unfortunately, pixelated.

COLOURS - All files should be sent in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Vector paths should weigh at least 0.25 pt. Fonts should be embedded in the PDF or converted into curves/paths. The minimum font size (below which we cannot guarantee perfect print quality) is 6 pt.

LOGO SIZE - 2cm, 4cm, and 6 cm wide, with 4cm height is our suggested logo size.

FULL CARD MEASUREMENT - 85mm x 54mm is the very maximum; however, logo file sizing shouldn’t be more than 50mm if possible.

The wt for PVC is 0.08 kg including packaging but less than 0.05kg as cards alone. For Hybrid, MP, it's 0.090g (card alone) shipping weight is 0.150kg

5. Production

 

5.1 How long does the production take?

The production timeframe is 1-3 days depending on the number of cards in your order. Majority of the time, we aim to dispatch your order on the very  next day of you approving the digital mockup or proof. Please be advised that your delivery time frame <mention the shipping time on subject line> starts after dispatch.

 

5.2 Do I need to follow up on if I haven’t heard back?

 You do not need to follow up, if we need anything from you, we will let you know. Once you approve the mockup/proof , sit back, you will be notified with shipping updates.

 

5.3 Can I make changes after approving the proof?

We send your order straight to production after approval, if you need any changes, please always contact us directly and we will assist you in the most possible ways. The only time, we won’t be able to assist you is any change in address after the shipment is under transit.

For any cross-border trades, customs can contact the importer for additional fees or verification. This solely depends on your country’s legislation.

 

6.3 Do I need to pay additional duties and taxes?

We collect taxes within the EU and we are adding more countries to the list  so that your V1CE cards are delivered to door without any hassle. However, this comes with heavy shipping and admin prices for the customer. We are constantly in touch with suppliers for a reasonable price to each destination and adding more to the list.

 

6.4 How can I return V1CE cards?

 Please always contact us directly before making this decision, we are customer focused and will assist you as needed.

 

6.5 Can I get a refund?

 At V1CE, we understand the importance of our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. While we do offer a 30-day refund policy, we want to make sure that we have done everything we can to assist you before you make the decision to end your relationship with us. 7.1 How can I set up an account?

 You can set up an account at app.v1ce.co.uk

 

7.2 When I log in to the app, it says that my email is not recognized?

 Please note that the account created in V1CE is different from the account created in the application.

 

7.3 Can I easily update my V1CE card details?

Absolutely! Update your details in real-time within your online profile,  and even switch between profiles for multiple businesses.

 

7.4 Can I add more than 1 profile on my card if I have more than 1 business and how do I select which business profile my card will share with my customers/clients?

 Yes, you can add more than 1 business Profile on your card and you can select and assign which business Profile you want your card to share thru your account. You can interchange the Profile that you want your card to share anytime you need.

 

7.5 How to manage corporate account?

 To effectively manage multiple V1CE cards, activate them all under the same V1CE account. This allows you to easily monitor and manage all of them in one place, view usage, set alerts, and make changes to settings. Simply log in to your V1CE account and follow the activation process for each product, using the same account information for each one. By doing this, you will have full control over your V1CE products and be able to manage them efficiently, saving time and effort.

 

7.6 Could you please guide me on how to access the PRO Subscription?

 By accessing the menu, select the “Upgrade To Pro” option to upgrade your membership to PRO.

 

 

8. Subscription

 

8.1 Are there monthly fees for using V1CE cards?

8.2 Is a subscription needed for V1CE?

No monthly subscription is necessary to enjoy V1CE products. However, optional V1CE Pro and V1CE Enterprise offer additional business features.

 

8.3 Difference between Standard and Pro?

 While any customer can enjoy V1CE with a standard account, V1CE Pro offers enhanced capabilities for managing multiple accounts and extended features.

8.4 How much is V1CE Pro?

 WV1CE Pro is charged per account and you can have ‘n’ number of cards per account giving all the cards in that account PRO access.

Pro is £5 (plus VAT) per month or £49.99 (plus VAT) per year. Currently Pro is free until we have a new change in prices which will reflected in 3 months

 

8.5 Is the V1CE Pro subscription added to the price of the cards?

 No, the V1CE Pro subscription is not added to the prices of the cards. You can upgrade your account separately on the account that you will be creating online to V1CE Pro.

 

8.6 Can I use my card even if I'm not subscribed to V1CE Pro?

 Yes, you can use your card even if you are not subscribed to Pro.

 

8.7 Why is VAT added to my Pro subscription?

 If you are outside the UK and you were charged VAT, please get in touch with us.

 

8.8 I'm encountering a 404 error when trying to access my social media accounts—what might be the cause?

The reason you may have overlooked is the incorrect entry of the weblink. Therefore, it serves as a vital reminder to always include "https://" at the beginning of the weblink in any section of your profile. To illustrate, the accurate format would be "https://www.abcd.com" rather than simply "www.abcd.com."

 

 

 

9. Privacy and Security

 

9.1 How secure is V1CE?

 V1CE offers new age security, only sharing (not extracting) information within an inch of a compatible device. No financial information is stored, and details shared are similar to traditional business cards.

 

9.2 How does V1CE ensure privacy?

 V1CE doesn't ask for sensitive information or social media logins. Share as much or as little as you'd like on your V1CE profile. Review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Agreement for more details.

11.1  CARDS

 

11.1.a How thick are the cards?

 All V1CE cards are as thick as your debit card with a thickness of 0.4mm and the Black Bamboo as thick as 0.6mm.

 

11.1.b Can the accessories be customised?

Apart from the Cards, all other accessories that says non-customizable  cannot be personalised.

 

11.1.c Why cannot the metal cards be printed with colours?

The Metal hybrid cards are laser engraved to reveal the metal materials underneath the covering of Black, White, Blue, Green or Red. These materials are either gold or silver and they can be engraved to show either of these.

For Silver brush metal card and 24k Gold card, they are lasered to engrave the designs on top of these materials.

 

11.1. d How much Gold is in the 24k Gold card?

The gold cards are 24k golad coated and the actual weight of gold used cannot be disclosed.

 

11.1. e Why are 24k Gold cards expensive?

Our 24k Gold cards are coated with genuine gold and represent the epitome of luxury and exclusivity in our product lineup. These premium cards are specifically designed to cater to customers who appreciate the finer things in life and are looking for a truly opulent and prestigious product.

 

11.1.f Can I have different background on the metal cards?

Unfortunately. you can print from edges to edges but we cannot change the background colour for metal cards

 

11.1.g Can I do back designs or a custom QR?

At V1CE, we take pride in offering high-quality products and services to our valued customers. With regards to back designs on our cards, we generally do not recommend them due to the higher risk of the front side getting scratched. Additionally, we provide the option to customize and personalize your card details through our V1CE app, which is a more efficient and effective way to tailor your card to your preferences.

If you do prefer to have a QR code on your card, we suggest linking it to V1CE cards to ensure compatibility with all devices. Otherwise, if the recipient uses a non-NFC enabled device, it may not be possible to share your personalized V1CE links. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience, and we are happy to discuss any options that best suit your needs.

 

11.1.h Is it a good idea to have names on V1CE cards?

At V1CE, we are committed to being an eco-friendly company and providing sustainable solutions for our customers. One way we achieve this is by offering reusable cards, which can help reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact. If you choose to have an employee's name on the card and they leave, the card would be rendered unusable, but this can be avoided by opting not to include a name on the card.

Ultimately, the decision to have a name on the card is up to you, and we are happy to accommodate your preferences. We strive to provide the best possible service and are committed to helping you find the most suitable option for your business needs while also promoting sustainability.

 

11.1.i Why can I not change the background of the PVC cards?

 If you intend to use PVC cards and need background changing, we can do this on a White PVC. However, we would not recomend this as PVC cards do not absorb the ink as the bamboo cards and there are risks of having fluff in the prints.

 

11.1.j Are NFC chips visible on the card?

 At V1CE, we take pride in providing high-quality,  professional-grade cards that meet the needs of our customers. To answer your question, the NFC (Near Field Communication) chips on our cards are not visible, and are seamlessly integrated into the design of the card. However, on our light- colored Red Glossy PVC cards, you may notice a slight shadow where the NFC chip is located.

Please be assured that this does not impact the quality or completeness of your card in any way,

 

11.1.k How does the Bamboo cards differ from PVC cards?

 We are pleased to offer Bamboo cards as a sustainable alternative to conventional business cards. Made from wood, these cards are an eco-friendly option that supports our commitment to reducing plastic waste and promoting sustainability.

11.1.k What is the difference between Black Bamboo and rest of bamboo?

 Black Bamboo cards are thicker than traditional PVC and Bamboo cards, offering superior durability and a smooth finish.

 

11.1.l Does the cards break?

 At V1CE, we take pride in providing high-quality and durable cards that are designed to last. While our cards are built to withstand everyday wear and tear, it's important to note that like any material, they can break under pressure. However, with proper care and handling, our cards can provide years of use and enjoyment.

It's important to be mindful that our Bamboo cards, in particular, are made from a natural wood material and may be susceptible to damage if exposed to water. If not properly cared for, water exposure may cause splitting or other damage to the card's surface. With that said, we are confident that with the right care and handling, our Bamboo cards can provide a sustainable and long-lasting option for your business needs.

 

11.1.m Does the cards get scratched easily?

 Our PVC Glossy card collection is susceptible to the effects of typical wear and tear, which may result in visible scratches as a natural consequence of use. Similarly, our 24k Gold cards are highly delicate and require careful handling to avoid scratches. To ensure the longevity of our Gold cards, we recommend storing them in the provided plastic sleeve.

Our other card ranges are designed to withstand normal conditions of wear and tear, although the degree of durability may vary depending on the level of roughness with which they are handled.

 

11.1.n Does the cards have warranty?

 We understand that ensuring the longevity and protection of your V1CE cards is important to you, which is why we offer additional warranties for purchase at the time of your order. These warranties come in options of 1 or 2 years and provide two replacement cards per year in the event of lost or stolen cards. However, please note that depending on your location, you may be asked to cover shipping costs. If you choose to claim your warranty, please ensure that the replacement cards have the same design as your original order.

We value our customers and strive to provide the highest quality products possible. In the unlikely event that your cards are delivered with a defect or are lost in transit, we will happily reproduce them for you. However, it's important to note that we cannot provide a guarantee for wear and tear that occurs from regular usage.

 

11.1.o How the QR colours are determined?

 At V1CE, we offer a range of high-quality metal, PVC, and Bamboo cards that are designed to meet your specific needs and preferences. Depending on the card type and color, our QR codes are printed with various colors to match the overall aesthetic and design of the card.

For our Metal cards in Black, Blue, Green, and Red, the QR codes are printed with gold or silver colors that match the chosen engraving type on the front of the card. However, for our 24k Gold, Silver Metal, and White Metal cards, the QR codes are printed in black to complement the card's premium and luxurious design.

When it comes to our PVC and Bamboo cards, the QR codes are printed in a way that ensures optimal visibility and readability. For darker colored cards, we use white QR codes to provide a clear contrast, while for lighter colored cards, we use inverted black QR codes for maximum readability.

11.1.p What are the difference between Machine Pressed and CNC Reformed Metal cards?

 At V1CE, we offer Metal Hybrid cards that feature metal on the front side and plastic on the back side for easy NFC transmission. These materials are expertly bonded together to create a seamless and durable design that meets our high standards of quality and functionality.

It's worth noting that in our entry-level Metal cards called Machine Pressed cards, it is possible to see the two materials sticking together at the edges. However, this does not affect the overall performance or durability of the card. We currently offer the Machine Pressed Metal cards in Black only.

For those looking for an even more durable option, we offer CNC Reformed cards that feature a specialized design that covers the edges to prevent any visible seams. This makes them an ideal choice for those who demand the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

 

11.1.q Can I customise the accessories?

 All our accessories range including phone cases are non-customisable.

 

11.1.r What are Phone cards?

 Phone cards are NFC customisable mini cards that can be stuck on back of your phone. They can be printed with your design and works in the same way as your V1CE cards but has to be stuck on back of the phone or any surface.

 

 

 

12. TECHNICAL FAQS

 

 12.1 What API do you use?

 We anticipate the forthcoming documentation for our API, which will encompass the following key features:

API Key: Users will be provided with an API key to authenticate and access the functionalities of our API.

  1. Webhook: Our API will support webhook integration, allowing seamless communication and data transfer between our system and external applications.
  2. Google Sheets: Integration with Google Sheets will be available, enabling users to synchronize and manage contact data within their spreadsheets.
  3. Zapier App (Future Feature): In the future, we plan to introduce integration with Zapier, a popular automation platform. This integration will enable users to create customized workflows and streamline processes by incorporating contact data from our V1CE App.

 

These features will be tightly integrated with the internal contact section of our V1CE App. When a user fills in the exchange contact section within the Profile and Social Builder sections, the entered information will be automatically added to the contacts within V1CE. Subsequently, users will have the option to send this data to any of the three aforementioned options. This functionality will facilitate integration with CRM systems and allow users to initiate workflows using apps like Zapier.

Please note that while we are currently awaiting the documentation, we are actively working on providing these features to enhance the capabilities and connectivity of our V1CE App.

 

12.2 The NFC card doesn’t seem to work when scanned with an Android phone, but the QR code functions properly.

For Androids, ensure the device is NFC compatible and NFC settings are turned on, then tap the card on the back center of the phone with the QR code facing the phone.

 

12.3 I have two cards linked to my account, but they are showing the same information. I would like a guidance on how to separate them.

When managing multiple products on the same account, create two distinct actions for each card and assign the appropriate actions to each product by selecting the desired product and action. You can easily identify which action is assigned to each card by checking if it is highlighted with a star in the same color as the card.

12.4 I am having issues with my card I have set up my account but it is showing as a DEMO card does this mean I need to pay more?

This virtual card allows users to test the software's features and functionalities. Kindly note that the demo card is not the same as the physical card that you will receive from us.

Additionally, the demo account is limited to 50 scans, which is sufficient for users familiar with the software awaiting their physical card. Once activated, the physical card provides unlimited scans and replaces the demo product.

 

12.5 I can my card and it directs to white screen with message * "NO ACTION SELECTED"

 This error usually occurs when you have activated but haven’t assigned any actions to your card. However, this is an easy fix. Simply follow the steps below to rectify the issue:

Kindly log in to your account using the following link: http://app.v1ce.co.uk/

Navigate to your dashboard and choose the "change action" option, followed by "new action."

Feel free to modify or update the details of your actions by clicking on the pencil icon.

Select the desired action and click on it to share.

You'll notice the selected action being highlighted, accompanied by a star icon. Give it another try by tapping your card.

12.6 How to Cancel Pro Subscription?

 You can cancel the subscription under your account.

Please follow these steps to cancel your V1CE PRO Subscription

>Please login to your account at https://app.v1ce.co.uk\

>Hover the menu to the upper right corner

>Select Manage Account

>Select "Membership"

>Then Select "Cancel PRO Subscription"

 

12.7 How to turn OFF Password Protection?

 Please login to your dashboard at https://app.v1ce.co.uk\ Under settings, please check if the password protection is turned On, if it is please turn it off to remove the password

 

12.8 How to Activate the Accessories?

 Let me guide you through the process of setting up your accessories. First, please register an account at

https://app.v1ce.co.uk/register.

Once you've completed that, activate your starter pack by gently tapping it against your phone, either over the front camera for iPhones or at the back of the phone for Androids. After tapping, you'll receive a notification with a link that will take you to the activation page for your starter pack.

 

12.9 How to add my information on the card.

 To get ready for your V1CE product, kindly visit https://app.v1ce.co.uk and sign up for a V1CE account using your email and password. By doing so, you will gain access to a demo product that allows you to create and assign actions. The demo product can later be replaced by your V1CE card once it is activated, but the actions will remain. Once activated, the physical card offers unlimited scans and takes the place of the demo product.

Please be aware that the account you create during the purchase process is separate from the account you create within the V1CE application.

 

12.10 When I scan it shows goes to a page saying Your Products is deactivated’?

 

It appears that you have successfully activated your card; however, the current status displayed on your dashboard indicates that it is currently "deactivated." To rectify this, I kindly request you to click on the red button on your dashboard, which should promptly turn green and reinstate your card to an "active" status.

 

 

12.11 Where does the QR code lead to?

 It's important to note that both the QR code and the NFC chip on your card direct to the same information.  Moreover, you have the convenience of customizing which details you prefer to display on your card using your online profile.

13.1 Can photos be printed on the cards?

Photos can be printed as a full bleed design on Sapele Bamboo cards.

(If the customer insists this to be on a PVC, only agree if the customer has placed an order)

 

 

13.2 If the metal card could be drilled. That way i could put it on my keys.

We don't recommend it as the chip runs through the whole card so we can't say where will be a safe place to drill a hole as you can damage the copper coil. You can get a lanyard, though.

 

13.3 Card not working

It is possible that the occasional card can become de-magnetized, all that needs to be done is have it re-encoded and the card will be back up and running.

Metal and PVC cards would be waterproof, the Bamboo however being a wooden material can get slight moisture on them but not submerged in water.

 

13.4 I have actions set-up but nothing shows up when i scan or i am seeing a white screen that says "No action selected"

 This error usually occurs when you have activated but haven’t assigned any actions to your card. However, this is an easy fix. If you go into items on your profile, you can then assign an action to your card.

13.5 Can't preview image on contact card action

We suggest using a 200 x 200 size image. However, the contact card action will not give you a preview of your picture, you will only be able to see this preview when you scan and activate your card. The green checkmark indicates that this image has been saved. I hope this helps, if you have any more questions, please do let me know

 

13.6 Where is my activation code?

You may see the activation code by tapping/ scanning yourcard. We also provide a welcome insert with the packaging with a QR code to the portal.

 

13.7 Can we use the card on other account?

Yes, you can just delete it on the account it is currently link/activated then just activate it again using the preferred account they want to use.

 

13.8 What iphones do need to open the tag reader?

Anything under an iphone x & below needs to be on IOS 14 & have to use the tag reader from the home screen.

 

13.9 Card came but i have no setup instructions or how do i set up my card?

14. SHIPPING UPDATES

14.1 VAT - UK

All Products delivered within the UK are VAT excluded, which means there will be a 20% VAT charged on top as per the Tax regulation

 

14.2 VAT - EU

All products delivered within the EU countries and less than £135 in value (subjected to change with GBP-EUR rates) are VAT exempt provided the customers enter VAT number correctly. It is the responsiblity of the customer to enter VAT number correctly.

 

14.3 Import tax and duties - EU

All products delivered within the EU countries and more than £135 in value (subjected to change with GBP-EUR rates) are VAT exempt (provided the customers enter VAT number correctly) but has to pay import duties and taxes. This will ensure, all customs charges for you are paid by V1CE and your shipment is door delivered. It is the responsiblity of the customer to enter VAT number correctly.

 

14.4 Import tax and duties - Any Other Countries

All products delivered to a destination which supports our Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) services, we will collect the import duties and taxes upfront which ensures all customs charges are paid for the shipment and the shipments are door delivered. You will be able to see taxes collected at checkout.
