My Email does not exist. This is a common one for customers who may have used one of the SSO (Single Sign On Options) to create their V1CE account.
The only way to test this is to have super admin and have access to the user's email, business ID or product link if they have activated their item.
This will let you figure out how they set up their account and their method for login. Sometimes, they may have a spelling error in their email, which is easily fixed in super admin. Below are the different ways to tell how they created their account.
To search via Name or Email, navigate to https://app.v1ce.co.uk/superadmin/users
from here, you can type in the name of email of the customer and it should bring up user accounts that match your search.
If this does not work, you can search via their business ID; this only works if they are logged into the app, as you need to get the customer to give you the business ID in the URL. For example
In this case, the Business ID is 47069; to search this, navigate to https://app.v1ce.co.uk/superadmin/businesses; enter the business id, and it will return the customer's account for you.
Finally, you can search via the product link; to do this, you can ask the customer for their QR code, the link itself or look at previous tickets which may contain the link, especially the order ticket.
To search via the product link, you need to use the link below; once entered, it will come with the item, and you can click on the customer's name to get their account information.
https://app.v1ce.co.uk/superadmin/items
From this point, you should now have found the account of the customer you are looking for. Below explains the different way to tell how the account has been set up.
On Super admin, you will see Facebook ID filled in with a series of numbers which relates to the user.
This lets you know that the customer signed up using Facebook and can direct them to sign in by clicking "Sign in with Facebook".
With Apple, it can sometimes be hard to find someone's account; the reason for this is Apple usually mask the email address of the customer, which means we cannot search by name or email.
Now the best cause of action here is to ask the customer for their business ID, which is found in the URL when they are logged in. Or getting the product link URL and searching that in super admin.
This lets you know that the customer signed up using Apple and can direct them to sign in by clicking "Sign in with Apple".
On Super admin, you will see Google ID filled in with a series of numbers related to the user.
This lets you know that the customer signed up using Apple and can direct them to sign in by clicking "Sign in with Google".
