Add To Contacts Not Working

Below are several scenarios where a contact card may not work, may not save, and the customer might just need help getting their contact card set up and working. 

 

Cannot Download File Error

If a customer has assigned a blank contact card and they try to hit add to contacts, it will come up with an error saying that the file cannot be downloaded like the one below.

This is most commonly the screenshot a customer may send, and from the screenshot, you can see an empty contact card behind the popup, which I have also added below for reference below.

Now the only way to fix this is for the customer to log into their account and see if they have multiple contact cards, as it might be a case of the wrong one being selected. This is a relatively easy fix to ask the customer to check if they do have other contact cards and then show them how to assign the one they need to the card in question.

 

It is also worth getting them to rename the card to ensure they know which card they should assign if they have a lot of actions. It is sometimes worth also asking the customer to remove any actions which they will not be using, as this also limits confusion.
