If you’re having trouble adding your contact card to your phone, don’t worry! Here are some simple steps to help you get it working:

1. Cannot Download File Error

If you see an error that says the file cannot be downloaded, it’s probably because the contact card is empty. You might see a message pop up with a blank contact card behind it.

Here’s how to fix it:

  • Check for Other Cards: Log in to your account and see if you have multiple contact cards. You might have accidentally selected the wrong one.
  • Choose the Right Card: If there are other cards, make sure you pick the correct one.
  • Rename Your Card: If you have lots of cards, renaming them can help you know which one to select.
  • Remove Unneeded Actions: If you have actions you won’t use, remove them to avoid confusion.

2. Contact Card Does Not Save to the Client's Phone

Sometimes, the contact card doesn’t save to your phone. Here’s what you can do:
