Password Reset

This is a common issue for our users fine, and although we are looking to find the best solution, for now, we sometimes have to reset the customer's password for them manually. The issue is that the email which is being sent is not being received and therefore cannot be reset. 

 

Now, this process should be followed as outlined below.

 

  1. Ensure the customer passes DP 
  2. Generate a new password for the customer
  3. Use the Macro Tech > Password Reset to send the new password to the customer which gives clear instructions to change the password once they regain access.
