Types of Printing methods/ techniques
- UV Printing for all PVC, Bamboo, and back side of metal cards
- Laser engraving for all Metal cards
Using Customised QR
Customised QR or change in QR colours are not recommended unless the customer is a VIP customer or if the order is a large order.
Full bleed designs
Full-bleed designs are limited to Sapele Bamboo cards, but can also be done on a White PVC only if the customer is very strict about PVC cards.
Back Designs
Normally, back designs are not allowed especially for metal cards. If there are more than 5 cards or if it's a VIP customer, we can do back designs. For metal cards, with back designs, the chances of getting scratched are high.
Printing/ Production timeframe
Once the design is approved, the printing/ production process including QC will be completed in 1-3 days. If for any reason, the cards fail at QC, we aim to produce the cards immediately but if the cards failed due to a design issue, our designers may get back to the customer for an alternate file/ design and the production time may be extended.
Also, if the customer changes the card/ design or adds/removes card(s) from their order, the timeframe may increase.
Maintenance/ Breakdown
If there is a maintenance breakdown, there will be delays in production. Suitable counter-measures will be adopted as required to cope with the demand.
Stock
If for any reason, the stock count is low on a particular product, production may get delayed and counter-measures to be adopted.
