Why am I being charged fees on a local delivery?
V1CE has two fulfilment centres across the world, these being located in:
Preston, England, UK
Paragould, Arkansas, USA
A small number of our delivery partners use last-mile delivery partners. This, therefore, means that you may receive your delivery as a domestic delivery unless they are being delivered to the country where we have a fulfilment centre. You may be expected to pay tax and duties on deliveries which have been imported into a destination country outside of the UK and USA.
